Tasting Notes: intense ruby-red with purple hue. The aromatics tend torward flowers and underlined herbal notes. The fruit is expressed on the nose by plums, cherries, and woody hints of capuccino and cocoa powder. The taste delivers good acidity, balanced tannins, with impressions of red currants, cherries, plums and coffee. Finish: slightly bitter, mainly vegetal with clues of sage and olive oil. Rounded, friendly, balanced.
Other: Aerate for 30 min. Ready to drink. Aging potential- 7-9 years. While still available, please note that the current edition is the 2008. The wines are very similar. Price: 22 euro.
